Middle School Program
Program Overview
4 weeks. 2 days a week. Build the foundation before high school.
Grit Training's Middle School program is designed for rising 7th and 8th graders who are ready to take their athleticism seriously. The focus is on speed, strength, and agility, building a strong athletic foundation that carries into any sport and prepares athletes for high school competition.
Weekly workouts include:
- ▸Endurance conditioning to build your aerobic and anaerobic base
- ▸Speed, agility & explosiveness drills to sharpen reaction time and footwork
Training is not sport-specific. It's the foundation that makes sport-specific performance possible. No matter your sport, you'll leave this summer ready to compete at the next level.
Schedule
- ▸When: Monday & Thursday — 7:00–8:00 AM
- ▸Where: St. Joseph's Academy
- ▸Starts: June 1, 2026
- ▸Session 1: June 1–June 25 (4 weeks)
- ▸Session 2: July 6–July 30 (4 weeks)
