Program Overview
8 weeks. 3 days a week. One goal: be unstoppable by fall.
Grit Training's Summer 2026 program is an intensive 8-week fitness program built for dedicated athletes of any sport. The focus is on speed, strength, and agility, giving you a comprehensive athletic foundation that translates to any field, court, or track.
Weekly workouts include:
- ▸Endurance conditioning to build your aerobic and anaerobic base
- ▸Speed, agility & explosiveness drills to sharpen reaction time and footwork
- ▸Ballistic & HIIT training to push peak power and mental toughness
Training is not sport-specific. It's the foundation that makes sport-specific performance possible. No matter your sport, you'll leave this summer ready to compete at the next level.
Schedule
- ▸When: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday — 7:00–8:00 AM
- ▸Where: St. Joseph's Academy
- ▸Starts: June 2, 2026
- ▸Session 1: June 2–June 26 (4 weeks)
- ▸Session 2: July 7–July 31 (4 weeks)
